Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, execute and achieve sales targets that expand the company’s customer base and scale its local & global reach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging expertise in business and HNI sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential high-value clients, leveraging networks to drive business growth.
- Set and achieve USD deposit targets, driving the growth of assets under management (AUM).
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least five years of experience as a Sales Manager.
Proven experience in business and HNI sales within the asset management or banking industry. - Track record of meeting and exceeding deposit targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify market opportunities.
- Energy, drive and aptitude for delivering results.
- Experience in financial services is an advantage.
