You will also shape and manage our end-to-end employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding on a daily basis.

Roles & Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits and allowances.
- Support career management initiatives, including promotions, transfers, and role changes.
People Development:
- Implement internship, training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Track employee performance and support managers in performance evaluation.
- Develop career growth strategies and succession planning frameworks.
Employee Happiness:
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide support as needed.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
Skill Set and Values
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and data management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Experience and Qualifications
- A University degree or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR or related role.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and people development.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
