Roles & Responsibilities
- Process & Policy Management: Develop, implement, and update operational policies and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Deliverables Management: Track and manage task timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality execution of tasks across functional units.
- Administration: Oversee efficient office administration and operations.
- Resource Management: Manage company resources and ensure optimal allocation, storage, utilization, accountability and preservation.
- Budgeting: Assist in the creation of budgets and the tracking & approval of operational expenses.
- Tech Support: Liaise with vendors to ensure technical support for work tools and apps.
- Internal Audit: Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and contractors, maintain an up-to-date database, and ensure effective service delivery.
- Investment Operations Support: Provide documentation and admin support for investment-related operations.
Experience and Qualifications
- A university degree with a strong foundation in secondary school math.
- 10 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship experience is required – has managed a company or multiple departments and was responsible for the PnL.
- Proficiency in team & process optimization and workflow management.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and budget tracking.
- Advanced use of team management tools and apps.
- Extreme attention to detail and organization.
