With a strong background in venture creation and investments, he founded and led Venia Group for over a decade; now recognized as one of “The 100 companies to inspire Africa” by The London Stock Exchange Group. Kola serves on numerous boards as an investor, and he is an alumnus of Harvard University.
Lilian Olubi is the Chair of Volition Cap’s Board. She is the CEO of EFG Hermes Nigeria Limited, the Nigerian equities trading arm of the EFG Hermes Group, a leading global financial institution listed on both the London and Egypt Stock Exchanges. Lilian is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 20 years of Capital Markets experience. She is a Chartered Stockbroker and Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments UK. Lilian is an alumna of the Lagos Business School and has a Master's in Development Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Subomi sits on the Boards of Opportunik Global Fund, Alder Consulting and Music Business for Africa. She is a published author and a member of the adjunct Faculty of the University of Lagos.
