As an HR Intern, you will support our Internship and Associate training programs, contributing directly to the development of our team members. You will assist in executing key HR functions across the employee life cycle.
This role offers hands-on experience in the HR field and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The career path is a full Associate role after 3 months.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidates.
- Prepare onboarding curricular and new employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate filing of employee documents.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in creating internal communication materials (newsletters, surveys, and internal updates).
- Support performance management process
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Skill Set and Values
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency or interest in HR software and data management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Some knowledge of HR best practices.
Experience and Qualifications
- A University degree or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR or related role.
- Must have completed NYSC.
