Roles and Responsibilities

• Clean, structure, and manage internal datasets
• Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Run predictive or trend analysis
• Explore AI tools to improve internal workflows and external customer service
• Propose and test small-scale automations (e.g., chatbots, data extraction scripts)
• Translate business questions into clear data and AI opportunities
• Document data processes and AI experiments

Skill Set and Values

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Excel for analysis
• Interest in AI/ML tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.)
• Curious and proactive about improving how things work
• Able to explain technical ideas in simple, clear terms
• Team player with good communication and documentation habits

Experience and Qualifications

• A university degree
• Must have completed NYSC
