Roles & Responsibilities

  • Streamline Financial Reporting: Develop a holistic dashboard from individual financial schedules. Provide source data for Management Accounts and QuickBooks entries.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all QuickBooks entries, Management Accounts, and Audited Financial Statements are traceable to verifiable source figures from schedules and bank statements.
  • Offshore Payment Assistance: Provide support and documentation for offshore payments to clients
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment platforms, and investment partners.
  • Financial Strategy Optimization: Design and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Complete the accounts section of quarterly SEC filings.
  • Shared Cost Coordination: Oversee shared costs, records, and invoices across group companies.
  • Oversight: Ensure accuracy in the Accounts Associate’s work.

Qualifications, Skill Sets, and Values

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant
  • Minimum 7 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Expertise in IFRS and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention.
  • Experience with SEC filings and accounts compliance is a strong advantage.
